How engagements start

Every engagement opens with discovery: a two-to-five-day session right after kickoff where we break the work into epics, define delivery goals, and map them across sprints. After each milestone we run ORIT, or One Roof Integrated Testing, where stakeholders review progress together, see demos of finished work, and confirm the acceptance criteria for what comes next.

Fixed Scope Delivery

A defined scope and timeline agreed before the build starts, with milestone-based delivery against it.

Best for MVPs, well-defined products, and migrations.

Agile Sprint Model

Fixed pricing per sprint with priorities re-set each cycle, so the roadmap can move without renegotiating the contract.

Do you take on a whole product, or just one part of it?

Both. Some engagements are a full build, UI through deployment. Others are a single practice plugged into a team that already exists, a dedicated pod running semi-independently, or extra capacity during a crunch. Our three engagement models cover each of those shapes.

We choose technology per project based on what the problem actually needs rather than a fixed template, and we modernize legacy systems incrementally instead of insisting on a rewrite. Where we do recommend a change, we'll tell you what it buys you and what it costs before you commit to it.

Can you start before our requirements are fully settled?

Yes. Unsettled requirements point to the Agile Sprint Model rather than Fixed Scope Delivery, and discovery exists precisely to turn a rough direction into a scoped plan. If your requirements are still moving when we talk, we'll say so and recommend the model that fits instead of quoting a fixed number we'd have to revise.
