PrismLMS sells and delivers courses. You buy them one at a time; there is no bundle you have to take to get the one you want.

Buy the product when your problem looks like the one it already solves, because you get something deployed in weeks instead of commissioning a build. Commission a custom build when the workflow itself is what differentiates you, or when the product would need so much reshaping that you are paying for a build anyway. PrismBot, yes. It ships with a full on-premises deployment option, tenant isolation, and AES-encrypted key storage, and it is what we recommend when data cannot leave your network. PrismLMS and PrismCortex are hosted SaaS by design, so there is no self-hosted build of either; PrismLMS does route its AI generation through a self-hosted Llama 3.1 fallback if you need that step to stay on Indian infrastructure. For PrismAnalyst and PrismWA, ask us, because the answer depends on where your data sits and which keys you are bringing.

Your end users see your brand instead of ours. PrismLMS provisions a custom domain for every tenant through Route 53 and CloudFront, standard on every paid plan rather than gated to the top one, with no PrismLMS branding on the learner-facing site. PrismBot offers a white-label option alongside its self-hosted deployment. For the other three, branding scope is part of the deployment conversation rather than a fixed feature, so raise it during the demo.

It differs by product, and two of them are bring-your-own-key. PrismBot is free to run on your own OpenAI API key, with pass-through pricing if you would rather we supply the model. PrismWA charges a platform fee while Meta bills you directly for conversations, so no per-message markup reaches you from us. PrismLMS starts free and takes no revenue share at the payment layer.
